Import
We support importing original files into Dessix—simply drag and drop files onto the canvas.

Import Steps
- Prepare File: Ensure your file format is in the above supported list
- Open Canvas: Open the workspace in Dessix where you want to import the file
- Drag to Import: Drag the file directly onto the canvas area
- Wait for Processing: The system will automatically process and parse the file content
- Start Using: After import is complete, you can start editing and using the file content
Notes
- File size limit is 10MB
- Complex Excel files may require longer processing time
- PDF files will be converted to editable text format
- Imported files will maintain their original structure and format
Common Questions
Why Can't My File Be Imported?
Please check the following:
- Is the file format in the supported list?
- Is the file corrupted or encrypted?
- Is the network connection stable?
- Does the file size exceed the 10MB limit?
Can Imported Files Be Edited?
Yes, imported file content can be edited and modified in Dessix. The system will convert file content to an editable format.
Will Imported Files Retain Their Original Format?
The system will preserve the original file's format and structure as much as possible, but some complex formats may be simplified for easier editing.
